Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.

There is a $250 volunteer payment that will be scheduled for August 31st, 2024  for families that do not complete their 8  hours of required volunteer time.  If you plan to complete dibs hours please only pay the $1 fee at time of registration.  At checkout please use the payment plan option instead of pay in full if you intend to complete dibs.  Families that complete their hours will have the remaining volunteer fee payment cancelled.    If more than one child is registered, families are only required to volunteer 8 hours.  

Player Evaluations

Player Evaluations for our 2024 Fastpitch Season will be held September 26-28, 2023.  Any player that wishes to be evaluated for team placement should register by September 25, 2023 Any player who does not register and participate in player evaluations will be placed on our lowest level team as spots are available. 

All players will check in from 4:30p-5:15p.  Evaluations will start promptly at 5:15p. Players should be at the field and warmed up and ready to go by 5:15p. Pitchers and catchers will be given an additional time prior to their evaluations for pitching and catching to warm up. 

Player evaluations are closed. This means only Andover Fastpitch Board Members, neutral designees assigned by the Fastpitch Board, and Player Evaluators are allowed inside the park these three days of evaluations. An email or text will be sent if evaluations  finish early. 

Tuesday September 26th  10U 5:15p-8:15p (make up day for 12/14U/16U/18U)

Wednesday September 27th- 14U/HS 5:15p-8:15p (make up day for 10U) 

Thursday September 28th  12U 5:15p-8:15p

Dear Andover Community,

I am writing to express our heartfelt gratitude for organizing the fantastic fundraiser to support our teams this year. Your hard work and dedication to the success of Andover fast pitch are truly commendable, and it is wonderful to see the community come together to support our athletes.

We raised just over $11,000 and the funds raised through the fundraiser will make a significant impact on our organization. We are excited to share that the money will be used to purchase new equipment for every team in the organization. This new equipment will not only enhance the player's experience on the field but also contribute to the overall success and growth of Andover fast pitch.

Your generosity and commitment to providing our teams with the resources they need to excel are greatly appreciated. It is through the support of individuals like you that we can continue to foster a positive and competitive environment for our athletes. We would also like to thank everyone (Players, coaches, families) who gave their efforts by showing up and working together to make this event a success. If it wasn't for those who stepped up to help, Brad with Beef O' Brady's upped his % back to the association and we were given a check from Brad for $1,000.

Once again, thank you to the Andover fast pitch 2024 team for your hard work and dedication. Your efforts have not gone unnoticed, and we are incredibly grateful for your contributions to our organization.
