Girls Traveling Basketball

Raffle Tickets

Thanks for participating in the raffle fundraiser for AGTBA.  Along with our annual tournament, these two initiatives help keep the cost of participation down.  This year, there are three prizes:

1st prize $500

2nd prize $300

3rd prize $200

As mentioned at pickup, you may keep your tickets, or sell some or all and keep the money.  The last week of October, we will be attending one of your practices as which time, we will pick up the tickets from your coach.  On November 15th, we will be holding the drawing at the Andover Community Center at 7pm.  You do not have to be present to win as we will be reaching out to the winners that evening.  If you have any questions, please contact Brad Crandall at vice-president@agtba.org.

Grade Recognition

GRADE RECOGNITION NIGHTS

For these games players meet at the bench pregame and form a tunnel for the starters to run through and at halftime do a shooting game at the half. We call it the Slushie Shootout. We will give away one shushie to a winning player each night. Coaches pick a shooting game they want to do to determine the winner. At halftime the players names are also announced. Please have each coach bring a roster and meet with the PA announcer before the varsity game. Players should arrive at 6:30. Game times are 7 pm.

Here is a list of the grade recognition nights:

  • Friday, January 19 - 7th grade
  • Monday, February 12 - 8th grade

**For the grade level recognition nights players get free admission by wearing the pink superfan shirts.
